It's time to take stock of the past May / June. It would seem, well, what new can you think of in the already worked out construct and configuration !?
But our clients are special people and many of them love to relax and travel on a grand scale. And we love them because they continue to develop us. So this time, two extraordinary tasks were set at once. But about each of them in order.
And we will start with the «Cheglock» camper trailer on which it was necessary to install an air conditioner and a car tent. As for the air conditioner - the task in itself, it would seem, is common, but for a car. As for the camper trailer - I had to tinker, as they say. First of all, it was necessary to redesign the roof structure for the installation of the air conditioner unit itself and to strengthen it. And after the space previously reserved for the hatch was closed, the question arose about the possibility of daylight entering the cabin. It was decided to change the roof structure again, but this time its front part, for the subsequent installation of the window. The window was ordered - a triplex in case of soil hit while driving.
And then the next and no less difficult task awaited us - a car tent. Since the air conditioner unit is quite high, it was decided to rework the drawings of the roof rails, which, in turn, were calculated for the load in the program and increased in height. We added reinforcing details and replaced the material from which the roof rails themselves were made earlier. And that's not all.. After all, the air conditioner must be powered by something. And the power supply system has also been redesigned.
In one of the photos you can see the pull-out sections of the kitchen block of the «Cheglock» camper trailer. It was they who inspired another of our clients. But more on that in the next post.
