Toyota Mega Cruiser motorhome camper from «Laggar Pro»
The Toyota Mega Cruiser project was one long, complicated, but interesting one.
An army truck with two doors, a tent top, army seats and other "army" kit came to us.
To give you an idea of the amount of work we've done, here's a list of just a few of the jobs we've done on this car:
✓ designed and manufactured a stainless steel tank with an increased volume instead of the plastic tank (as a result, 210 liters were obtained instead of 90 liters);
✓ body elevator by 10 cm, at the same time the central part of the body floor was cut off and lowered by the same ten centimeters, which allowed to increase the internal volume;
✓ made hard top, including rear door openings, rear passenger row, and a raised roof with a tent on top;
✓ microclimate systems have been installed;
✓ water tanks with a water heating system and shower were made and installed;
✓ front tire inflation system (in addition to the original rear tire inflation system) with instruments for monitoring and control from the driver's seat;
✓ the spare wheel bracket was made and assembled;
✓ reinforced bumpers and elements of body protection from branches were made;
✓ the video surveillance system around the perimeter of the car with a monitor on the center console is installed;
✓ the interior was replaced by a more comfortable one;
✓ and many other works that we'll get tired of listing...
